When a company looks into the eyes of its customer, it can be quite an emotional and overwhelming experience. What starts with a simple phone call about a water leak and some mold can turn into something so much more. Each day I hope that customer is the next one. Until the very end of the interaction with the customer I am waiting for them to speak up and proclaim their love for the water damage restoration service my company is providing for them. When it is time to say goodbye I hesitate and like back giving every opportunity to show my openness to new ideas.
